When dust accumulates on the filter bag, gas backwashing is used to clean the dust, which is then discharged into the ash conveying device. Alternatively, dust can also be cleaned using pulse airflow and discharged through the dust discharge device.
During the collection process, the dust-containing gas first enters the ash hopper through the guide plate from the lower air intake pipe of the dust collector. Due to the reduction of gas velocity and the collision of the guide plate, coarse dust falls into the ash hopper. Meanwhile, the finer dust particles that remain enter the filter bag chamber with the gas. Using the inertia, diffusion, barrier, hooking, static electricity and other effects of the filter material fibers and fabrics, the dust is retained in the filter bag while the purified gas escapes and is discharged through the exhaust pipe.
